In honor of International Women's Day, Russian news service Russia Beyond the Headlines (RBTH) has anointed the 12 most beautiful women in Russia. The list includes supermodel Natalia Vodianova (above), Roman Abramovich's gorgeous girlfriend Dasha Zhukova and tennis star Maria Sharapova as well as sexy spy Anna Chapman, who was kicked out of the U.S. last summer following espionage charges. Anna Chapman opens website

Anna Chapman, who hit the headlines last summer after she and nine other Russians were charged with spying in the United States and deported to their home country in a major spy swap, opened a website of her own on Thursday. The home page of chapman.ru, which Chapman calls her "official" site, carries a large photo of the young woman with flowing hair and hands clasped under her cheek. The Right to a Smile Charity Fund

Anna Chapman has founded the charity fund “Right to a Smile,” that was later registered in the southern Russian city of Volgograd. This choice of city was no accident - Anna was born in Volgograd and spent her childhood there. After talks in October with the watch manufacturer Ulysse Nardin, where the idea of the fund was first raised, Volgograd’s branch of the S.N. Fyodorov Research and Technology Complex “Eye Microsurgery” pushed for the final decision to launch the fund. It turned out that 38 percent of those tested had decreased visual acuity and other serious eyesight disorders. Anna Chapman has moved to patent her name to protect her brand. She’s become something of a celebrity since being deported from the U.S., with all the coverage that followed. In Russia, she has a television program, and does photo shoots. However, not surprisingly, others are using her name and image to sell products. Ms Chapman's debut programme, called Secrets of the World, aired on Friday evening, and was merely the latest venture in her energetic publicity campaign. Previously, she has posed semi-naked for a men's magazine, attended a rocket launch, been presented with a tiger cub on a television chat show, and become a leader of the youth wing of Vladimir Putin's political party. The hour-long weekly show features Ms Chapman and a team of reporters looking into various bizarre occurrences and unexplained mysteries. Anna Chapman to host Russian TV show

Anna Chapman will host a new documentary TV show on Russia's REN TV channel, the station said on Wednesday. World's Secrets with Anna Chapman show starts on January, 21. Chapman was part of a Russian spy ring that was broken up this summer. She was later freed as part of a spy swap deal with Russia. She subsequently received one of Russia's highest medals for espionage. Since returning home, Chapman has appeared on the cover of the Russian edition of Maxim magazine in November issue, sporting nylon and lace and wielding a revolver. She also accepted Playboy magazine's proposal to feature on the cover of its January issue. Ex-spy Anna Chapman gets lion cub on Russian TV

Ms Chapman, who was deported from the US earlier this year, was the main guest of the "Let Them Talk" show. The 28-year-old would not be drawn on her intelligence career but she said her favourite Bond was Sean Connery. She also said her dream was to have a lion cub for a while, before it became dangerous, at which point one was brought into the studio.
